Request through the HR portal or this app at least 24 hours in advance when possible. No medical documentation is required for the first 12 days per year. Select "Menstrual Leave" as the absence type.
What menopause accommodations are available?
Accommodations include flexible work hours, temperature control at workstations, access to cool-down areas, permission for additional breaks, and specialized health consultations with our health partner clinics.
Does our insurance cover fertility treatments?
